About Us

IMPACT FOR CATS

Since 2016, our free programs have focused on connecting cats who need the most help directly with life-saving services:

IMPACT FOR PEOPLE

The cats we serve are a part of a larger community, and our work helps the people who care for them too.

50,000 families have been visited through our door-to-door outreach program and were connected with resources.

IMPACT FOR ANIMAL WELFARE

We're committed to finding new, practical solutions that enable the animal welfare field to keep making progress in Colorado.

Our programs have a proven record of decreasing the number of homeless cats entering Denver shelters.  From 2015- 2018, Denver Animal Shelter's cat intake from neighborhoods served through Metro Denver CAT programs

decreased 15% more than other neighborhoods.

We're launching Rural Mentorship Programs in communities across Colorado.  In 2020 we helped Yuma, CO start offering high-volume, low cost TNR in their community for the very first time.  We'll expand these programs into 4 additional rural areas by 2025.
